Shipping and logistics companies are slowly coming to the realization that 3D printing technology will, for better or worse, have an enormous impact on their business models in the near term. Now those companies are setting their sites on locking down a piece of the action for their customers. TNT Express, a global shipping giant about to be purchased by FedEx, says they plan to take advantage of what they believe will be a boom in 3D printing technology.
