KAZbrella, The Umbrella Reengineered with 3D Printing

Jenan Kazim of the UK is an engineer who needs to fix a bad design when he sees one. Thanks to digital design and 3D printing, he has been able to completely re-engineer the umbrella as we know it with an inside-out, inverted design that allows for no mess, easy opening and closing, and a hydrophobic coating that causes raindrops to fall right off the canopy. With 3D printing, Kazim was able to produce different parts for his KAZbrella, as well as producing his prototypes. Find out more about his innovative design, now live on Kickstarter: http://3dprint.com/61503/3d-printing-umbrella/

    Hi,
I am interested in the Kazbrella and do not know what is the first step?

Has this Kazbrella been fully funded?

    Thanks,

    Joe Low
