Despite economic sanctions and other economic forces, development in Russia continues as the large nation works toward 3D printing technology adaptation. St. Petersburg-based 3DQuality markets some of the best domestic 3D printers to the Russian market, and they've just announced a new one this week. A smaller version of their PRSIM Pro Delta-style machine is available now for just 44,000 rubles (around $865). The PRISM Mini is targeted toward smaller users, like schools, homes, and hobbyists, with a 310 x 273 x 600 mm printer size.
