The Norwegian design team of Vera & Kyte contributed a 3D printed prototype of a Subsea Coffee set for the 2015 Biennale Internationale Design Saint-Etienne's "Replanted Identity" Ideal Lab theme. The Ideal Lab focuses on a different theme each year, and the coffee set was intended to capture the maritime identities of the new social landscape of Norway's west coast -- as many immigrants have gone there to find work in the still bustling aquaculture, shipping, peteroleum, and subsea technology industries. The 3D printed prototype set is black, and comes with a tray, cups, a milk jug, a sugar bowl, a pot, and a dripper.
