Brooklyn-based Simplus Design is a design studio creating impressive new takes on architecture and other styles, featuring 3D printing. Co-founders Sebastian Misiurek and Arianna Lebed recently worked with Bre Pettis' Bold Machines project through Stratasys. SuperMod, a versatile, customizable, modular wall, allows for an interesting and functional storage and room decor feature. Modules, made in translucent red and opaque white and printed on a MakerBot Replicator Z18 3D printer, can be stacked, added, subtracted, and moved to allow for different arrays to suit any room. SuperMod will be on display next week at 3D Print Week NY, where Misiurek and Lebed will be giving a talk on April 17th as part of MakerBot Sessions.
