April 16-17 in New York City, the 3D Print Design Show will take place at the Javits Convention Center -- on display will be five 3D printed instruments that might revolutionize music making. These 3D printed instruments are presented by FIU Associate Processor of Architecture Eric Golemberg and his MONAD Studio partner Veronica Zalcberg in an installation called 'MULTI.' Among the instruments will be a 2-string piezoelectric violin, a monobarasitar, a cello, a small didgeridoo, and a hornucopia (a large didgeridoo). The event is run by MecklerMedia, and will be co-produced by 3DPrint.com.
