Cant find a source for pinchwheels?

Why is this part impossible to find? I am looking all over the web and I can't find any selection of pinchwheels for a 5MM shaft. I type in "3d printer pinchwheel" in google and get useless garbage as my result.

Where do people get their pinchwheels from when they want to piece together their own extruders?

I'm looking for one with a small OD, my NEMA 17 motor is direct drive to the pinchwheel and it doesnt have enough torque to turn a big wheel. I need something 7mm OD or less. Thanks guys

I used to build model RC boats and I never saw anything that resembles a serrated pinchwheel for a 3D printer? Can you link me to one? Would be great if I can find one locally.
