    HELP please !

    Hello everyone.. i start printing this few days and suddenly the filament melt inside the extruder.. how can i fix this problem please... the picture in Attachments

    Add Marm on Thingiverse
    Clean it out and try again. Could have been a one off flaw in the filament. If you can replicate the problem, then you have a problem.

    I'll also add to add a small blower fan to cool off the peek tube and the extruder structure. Just to prevent jamming or heat transfer going up that screw your prints.

    From what I see you've got an all metal structure with about 1cm between the heat block and the extruder... Correct ? If so, Richardphat has it right and a good amount of cooling is necessary at all times.
