Not too long along, we were all still busy toiling away in our 2D world. 3D printing and all it entails has come along and rocked our worlds mightly; and now, just as we are settling into 3D, the world of 4D has come along. In an effort to help us understand something which isn’t really even there, it would seem, Henry Segerman of Oklahoma State University at Stillwater uses his talents both as a mathematician in outlining new geometries, as well as his talents as an artist, employing 3D printing to make a sculpture called ‘More Fun than a Hypercube of Monkeys.’ Mre info on these 3D printed sculptures can be found here: http://3dprint.com/45119/4d-sculptures
