    and now strangely.. the exact same settings I used before that printed the one above, won't work.. it's detaching itself from the heat bed..

    the back crap is caused by the raft.

    First thing.
    Throw replicator -g into the bin - it's where it belongs.

    And try using makerware. The rafts come off pretty easily.
    Then - buy some pla and start printing without rafts, warping and heated bed.
    Then, fit some active cooling to the printer.

    And that should sort you :-)

    I've already made the change to makerware, and I'm not using rafts, only supports. I've got pla but I'm having the same problem with that

    Hmm, how about trying a model that doesn't need supports ?
