Las Vegas-based 3DT Labs has just launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise $40,000 for their Q 3D printer, touting user friendliness as its greatest benefit. While the Q is supposed to be a high performance 3D printer, 3DT Labs stresses that it is also great looking, affordable, and comes with super easy 3D design software called Eureka. It’s an open-source design, and they encourage users to tweak the source files to their liking. Early backers can get their own Q for just $499.
