It could be possible but I doubt it, one the extruder is brand new and two it does extrude just fine manually, its when the model is running it starts that

Have you tried slicing something completely different to see if it malfunctions also?

Man, this is a tough one. I know I keep telling you to try things but somehow we need to find out what's causing the behavior. What if you set your 1st layer height to something crazy, like 20mm (not even sure the slicer will let you do that but try) and try to print? Obviously you'll be squirting silly string in the air. But, if that works then go down to 10mm, and then to 5mm and then to 1mm and then back to your normal 1st layer height of .25m or whatever it is. Try to see if it has something to do with the z-axis. I know this is a stretch but nothing else has worked.

Ok got a hold of the manufacturer again. There are little dials under each "driver" heat sink on the bed. Those are to adjust the size/range of the axis. Dosent make seance to me but whatever lol. They said somehow one of them (the E axis of course) got turned. They said to turn it counter clockwise until that stops. Sure enough they were right again. I really dont like this board. I really think Im just going to put a ramps 1.4 on it. They're cheap enough and it is an upgrade from this one I'm sure

That makes sense. Instead of controlling the size/range of the axis what I'm sure those are, are the potentiometers that control the current going to the stepper motors. With too little current the steppers don't produce enough torque to overcome the load they are presented with. By turning the pots up a tiny bit at a time you can strengthen the power of the stepper. You don't want to overdrive the steppers as they'll run hot. So the best way is to turn them down, start at about 1/4 and then very, very slowly turn them up, if even necessary. I'm betting that's what those are.

So you are good to go now? Is that what I'm hearing.

yea good to go now just have to wait on my printed parts kit lol, I rigged up a mount for the wades but it wobbles to much, the x carrage's I printed arent working with my setup (prusa clone) the rods are just a tad wider than a actual prusa printed carrage
