This is some pretty extreme curling for PLA.

I would suggest upping your print temperature a little bit. I print PLA at 215.

I use 65C for layer 1 bed temp.

Its a problem with your model. You have an open edge or something.

I ran it through netfabb basic (free download), and now it slices fine.

What kind of bed are you printing on? Glass, blue tape, kapton?

1. Reduce your bed temperature. I target 100C for ABS (some claim this is too high). I wouldn't go over 110.
2. May want to increase your nozzle temp to 230, depending on brand of ABS you are using....
