This printer is OK. If checking some details of machine own, no big surprise; but the stability is amazing, much better than some expensive printers made in USA or Europe.

With my experience, Makerbot printer is even not good as some machines Made-in-China.

what's your printer? as I know, the humidity could affect the filament seriously, but it should be OK for the normal printing. I didn't meet this problem before. Will it affect the printing quality?

keep the plate heating, and use a shovel to remove it. The printer supplier should provide this tool along with the machine.

the principle should be similar as the plate of UP printer with many holes to fix the models while printing, am I right?
