    Silicone Heater, not getting hot enoough

    I have a 300x300 silicone heater connected via SSR to my Rumba
    running on 12v 30A power supply

    when i turn on the heat it maxes out at around 52 degrees..
    the heater has two Red Power cables.....

    except it doesnt Smell, warps way less and its stronger. oh and considered food safe. (not harmful particles) so ive heard.
