I initially tried to print flat bottom up - as you said it should print much better but still had the issues seen in earlier images read a hole in the middle.


Definitely the model and not print...

Yep fixed top and bottom in netfabb. Not sure what side cut is trying to show. Am printing again on side with full supports to see if that helps.

Have tried refining mesh - as the part that prints...

Still not working after removing non manifold vertices in Meshlab and filling in. Getting weird concentric circles where the raft should be.

Does anyone have experience with small (<50mm) prints at good quality on a Z18 as parts only come out correctly at larger sizes. Often stringing on the base.

Currently got a Kinect v2 (Xbox One) one setup as a scanning solution.

Can easily capture 2D Faces but 3d models fail as the sensor is supposed to be moved around something I can not do...
