PVA sucks moisture badly. Depending on where you live, if you live in coast area, you got to store it carefully when not printing. Overnight with high humidity could cause problem.

Yeah spool is bigger and heavier after redesign.
That is why we redesigned spool and have a bigger inner diameter (not the hole, but the diameter of first round filament). You can imagine that a small diameter would need more force to rotate.
I probably burn 1 spool per week. Mostly new variety such as color-changing, new colors etc. Not really targeting any model but mostly just want to know the characteristics. Recently got stuck in...

I can answer this one. The answer is yes, as long as you can modify cartridges to hold PVA. Make sure you have the double extruders Da Vinci (2.0).
