Spot on. The gold gear cog had 'slipped' so it was not gripping the filament. I took it apart, raised the cog and it works perfectly !

OK I've raised the bed, and changed the nozzle temp to 210 then 220, and the bed to 70. But the PLA still lifts off the bed. I've tried 2 lots of PLA, and ordered a 3rd to try, but not sure what else...

Wow thanks again. I think I will try the bed at 70 and I'll raise the bed some more until it's very near but not touching. The way it is coming off it does appear that the bed is too cool.

I've levelled the bed (I think ) but it's still doing it. Is it me or is the filament not coming through very consistently ? Any ideas what could cause that ?
