Pretty simple how it works. Just like any other platform. Haven't tried it, but it uses a good concept for a print bed. Printed parts shouldn't stick too much and should easily come off.

Generally I would give them a B+. I haven't really experienced any other company, but there is hardly ever any wait if you call in, and their support techs are fairly knowledgible.
