Thank You!
My son is thinking of adding a Bamboo Lab P1S for multiple color printing. It is on sale right now! Anyone have experience with this unit?
We have several PRUSA MINIs in our print farm and they are great. They are great printers at this price point and very quiet! Also have several larger MK2 & 3 PRUSA Printers.
Is this really a big problem with moisture and printiong with PLA? I don't have a dryer and have been printing with PLA for at least 6 years and have never seen any moisture, steaming or heard any...
Four months into using the Prusa Mini, all different manufacturers of PLA and hundreds of prints. Here are just a few samples of prints. https://imgur.com/gallery/E1EuVUI
I like Roberts answer/question. Also, I would try raising the print temp to 215 and try that?
After a few delays in the airports, my MINI+ arrived yesterday. My son ordered the Semi Assembled kit so it was a breeze to put it together. Did the calibration and now printing the first test print....
My son ordered our new Prusa Mini+ three weeks ago, this morning I got a notice it was picked up by FedEx in Chrastany, CB so it is on it's way. It will be the sixth printer at my house (not all...
I have a new Prusa Mini+ shipping to me this week, will post some feedback when it arrives. This will be my third Prusa and my son has three as well.
That looks awesome! Is it all one print or several pieces glued together?
It appease that is has shrunk the column width but the message is intact?
Looks fine on my Windows 10 laptop? I use Chrome.
We have over a dozen printers, some commercial and some we scratch built. My son used to do printer reviews for MAKE magazine and he has tested scores more. He loves his Ultimaker and Prusa's (I...
My son recently bought a Prusa Mini and I think the shipping was around $50.00?
Look at the Prusa i3 Mk3S+ kits. Around $750 , easy to assemble and print great.
I am curious about this as well. On my Prusa MK1 and MK2s the steppers do not get hot but on some of my home builts (like my Kossel) they do get hot on long prints. IIRC, I run maybe 2.4v on stepper...
Personally, a 3D Printer Forum is probably not the best place to find advice regarding protecting yourself from Covid-19? I do not let any of the crew on our First Aid Squad use any mask with those...
We just got another Prusa printer, it is the Prusa Mini and it was very easy to assemble and prints great right out of the box. Granted, the print size is a little smaller than our Mk 2 and Mk 3 but...
Just needs a little tweaking. I agree that you might want to try Prusa Slicer. I would start with a hotter first layter height and a little higher nozzle? Keep tweaking, you are close! Good luck...
I agree! If it is obvious spam or click bait, just delete it along with the user?
I have been printing the Prusa on our Rostock Max v2.

Making Prusa Face Masks for my First Aid Squad. I get the Acetate from Staples. It is a cheap Presentation Folder and I just cut off the clear first sheet.
I agree with Roberts, check the stepper voltage. If too low, they can skip steps.
This is a rough print of a Sense scan. It printed much better on our other 3D printer.
