Slice it in half (or whatever) in software and print it out in two parts.

I have ongoing problems with the nozzles jamming and yesterday the LH one stopped printing again ...... click, click, click ..... I normally don't use the RH one so I removed the nozzle to stop it...

I'd print a part with minimal infill first, to get the dimensions right.
It'll take FAR less time and distort less as well. Even if you have to print five of them to get it right it'll still use...

I bought it based upon looking at a lot of videos and reviews on Youtube.
Every one of them was good. I also looked at their forum, it also seemed pretty good.

Very impressed with the Simplify3D software, it's easy to use, very configurable, and made the best print that's ever come off my machine.

See if you can, it's a crapload better than anything else I've seen.
Check out Youtube for some good instructional vids on it.
