Here is a trick I heard online. Get some 8" - 200mm long piece of bicycle brake cable and feed it through the open extruder. It should push it out.

I put them in my oven on a cookie sheet and let them melt.

From what I have seen, I would say the Form 1 has the edge over the Pegasus Touch. I haven't used either one yet, just have seen some prints that they have made.
