Sounds like your start and end G-Code could have been altered in your slicer settings.

Contact the manufacturer and explain the problem and see if they will send you new slicer profile/settings.

A suggestion would be to check out YouTube for videos about bed leveling and nozzle 'Z' height.

I think your slicer will have a setting that enables you to split an STL into seperate parts.

Looks to me like your nozzle/bed gap is slightly too big. This can be adjusted in your slicer settings with 'Z' offset adjustment.
