If the extruder stops producing filament - it's generally just dirty or the gear has filament build up.
you may need to pull it out, remove the gear and clean it off.
This does happen...

Up-Mini uses 190W if I recall... Repraps generally around 350-400w

The printed I used to print parts with is near flawless, so the printed parts are damn fine :D

That sounds cool - I had an idea awhile back to use RJ45 (or similar) connectors and cut up cables as my servo connectors; This is the same?

I got my favourite print - It's a thing I created; named him CHEG! - Print quality is nothing special (Poor ABS actually) but cool.
The other was a gift I made for my wife... White ABS and texters....

I decided I will test one part at a time.
Using standard nuts/bolts.
Printed bearings (very good).

I reprinted all of my rods again last-night vertically/standing as this had increased there...
