Lot's of gaps in printing

Hi Everyone

I'm having an issue with my Duplicator 5S and was hoping someone here could help me.

I recently switched to a new reel of filament (same make and colour as the old one), and ever since my 3d prints have come out looking like this...

I've tried calibrating multiple times now.
I've tried printing at higher and lower temperatures.


Can anyone tell me what might be causing this?
I'd also love to know how you would refer to this issue. I've been googling things like 'stringy prints', but I don't know if that would be the appropriate name for it.
