Instead of homing while starting to print

Hello, Is that possible to not home Y axis at starting print and step motor to know its coordinate? I thought it wouldnt work so i didnt try, but can someone help me to modify G-code as i will take Y axis to 220 (or whatever the last coordinate) manually at begin of print instead of homing Y axis to Y:0 and print normally with that.Hope you can understand what i meant, i just need this for a project. Thanks for helps.(Printer model: Ender 3 v2 if needed)

in your start script after the home of everything but before the start of the gcode, put in an entry to move where you want it to be.
