Replace my led tube

I need a replacement Plasmaglow red led tube in the 48" style, I sheered my cord in half on a speedbump I think.or If anyone knows where online to get a replacement that would work also?
They are the older style with the large black connectors,i need to find a way to replace them,anyony have good idea???

If you want see it online,I just find a good company that callde renesola,it has a person who can tell you something about panel.It also have lots of solar products,such as LED Bulb,solar pump.
