Ender 3 1.1.5 mainboard issue with Windows 10

So I am A 3d printing greenhorn and I just swapt out the old main board in my Ender 3 with the 1.1.5 silent board. After I did Windows no longer recognizes the printer and if I have cura open the printer will just restart over and over until I close cura or unplug the USB cable. I'm assuming its a driver issue with my PC but like I said, I'm new to this. I've been trying to find drivers (if that is the problem) with no luck and because the board didn't come with any info or instructions, I'm somewhat lost on where to look and how to fix this issue. Im sorry if I sound stupid and this is just a simple fix. Any guidance would be very very much appreciated!
