Hey Backers, Note - this is the 2nd segment of the two part software update. More software news! This one is short but sweet... Check out the video below to find out what James Townley has accomplished since he partnered up with Peachy: http://youtu.be/e4rpBq360Sc Of course there is lot’s more software work to do, here’s a list of some of the things we’re still working on: - Write the software to be test driven - Make the code more maintainable - Make the code more packageable - Write an API for other programs to talk to our software (blender) - Deal with the many unique but solvable issues caused by different sound cards - Fix some bugs that make it crash - Add warnings and error messages that have meaning to the user - Make a special print model for calibrating the printer - Create great docs for the software - Add safety features More cool stuff is on the way, but that will be all for today :) Until next time, The Peachy Printer Team.
