BMW Motorcycle is Idea for 3D Printing

Designer Ricardo Medrano, owner of Johnnie Wash, has used 3D printing to create a customized version of the BMW R nine T motorcycle. This bike, currently available in Brazil through Eurobike, boasts a number of upgraded features leaving its highest end model for sale with a price tag of just over $100,000. The customized pieces were created in Solidworks and then 3D printed. The bike itself was created to commemorate the 90^th anniversary of the first BMW bike and was created with the idea that it would be a frame for customization.
