Bridging (?) issue - Ender 3 Pro & S3D

Just got into printing and so far pretty impressed with my Ender 3 Pro. My slicer is Simplify3D, using Ender 3 Pro profile and default PLA profile. PLA is grey eSun PLA+. Only settings I've changed are .12 layer height, and checking box for 100% fan when bridging. Temps are default 210C and 60C. In the pic, if this view is the face, the part is printed face down. You can see the outer flange is fine, but as it starts to curve up and off the bed there are issues. Support cannot be used for this. What could be the issue? Too little overlap between layers? How do I increase that? Something else the issue?
