Random messy prints

Yo, Im new to reddit and looking for some answers on 3D printing with FLASHFORGE 3.5 And i don't know if Im doing this correctly. But Ill keep it short and simple..Here lately when i print any figure that's standing with arms and legs...My prints when it gets to the arms they turn to wads of curly Filament. I have printed many skulls and busts but and im using PLA and most .stl files are ready to print because im new to this whole thing so I find free .stl files to use....I have made some awesome stuff but here's an attachment of what happens when i try a full body print with tree supports,,,If you guys have any idea that will help me figure this out....HELP...One pic is a bust that worked and one is obviously one that was full body sorry but the one that messed up i threw away most of the mess ut if you print in 3D when one does this it looks like a wad of pubic hair ...lol...Oh and the extruder is a 4.0 that comes with the machine...Thanks again everyone...
