Help with helpers

Hey guys! I'm new to this forum and also to 3d print.

I need a little help with a model that I've done.
The thing is that this model has some small details at the both sides as you can see in the picture below. And when I tried to print this model laid down I cannot remove the helpers that cura puts below it.

And if I try to print this upwards like in this picture, it won't stick to the bed.

Anyone has some advice so I can print this without be impossible to remove the helpers?
