ooze problem

hello,

when i tried to print support material with my second extruder het won't lay down the first layer because the second extruder has to wait till the first one printed his layer, in that time he oozes out his material en when the time is ready to print he has not enough material for small time.
that a problem because the first layer is the most importend on.

i work with leapfrog HS printer and simplify software is there anything that i can doe, i know that lowering temperature is a possibility but it's not working.

Can you code in some prime commands to a specific head before printing with it as part of your tool-change gcode?
