Upgraded Ender 3 V2 now in a world of problems.

Hello, for the past couple months i have been using an Ender 3 V2 and was working great out of the box with little to no issues. I stupidly thought that i wanted to "upgrade" some of the parts. Added a micro Swiss all metal hot end and an aluminum extruder. Once i added the hotend i ended up having chronic nozzle clogging and after days of trying to figure out the problems i decided to switch back to my stock hotend. Aluminum extruder ended up tearing my PLA to shreds to i also switched back to my stock extruder. Now for the life of me i cant figure out whats going wrong with my prints, from not having filament come out layer one to now having these super rough outsides to my prints. I just tried a calibration cube to start from scratch again and it came out like this (picture attached). Can anyone guide me in the right direction on what seems to be going wrong and where i should go?
