VoxelJet To Go Public in $91 million Offering

There are already several 3D Printing companies that are trading shares publicly with market caps in the hundreds of millions of dollars, but there will be another one very soon. The German Company Voxeljet has announced that they will raise $91 million via a public offering with a valuation of $309 million. Voxeljet already has several printers on the market, but will use the funds to expand the business and printer offerings.
