The price on those clips makes the value of creating copies very poor. If 3D printed, the parts would be much weaker than the injection molded portions and would likely break in short order.
they wouldn't neccesarily be weaker - but they would cost you a LOT more.
As you have design time, print time and material to take into account as well as post and package.
If you're balking at £1.25 for 2 ! (okay £2.13 with postrage)
Then getting them 3d printed is definitely NOT a viable option :-)
