Changing temperature during print on a 5th generation Makerbot

Hi All,
Has anyone figured out how to change the temperature during a print on a fifth generation printer? For example, at a specific height or layer. It's fairly straight forward with other software/printers, but I have not been able to figure it out with Makerbot desktop or the built in text editor option.

you're going to need something like simplify3d. Makerware just doesn't have that level of customisation.
