Adventurer 3 - Connect to cloud

As a newbie, I hope you can help me please.I am trying to log onto the cloud.sz3pd.com site to register, as I would like to get the remote camera access working.I have checked that my email address has been correctly entered.The site seems to give me 60 seconds to receive the activation code.The site advises that it has sent an activation code, but I do not receive it. It is not in my spam folder.Has anyone else had this problem please?. . . or indeed, have any advice for me?Thanks, in advance, and keep safe.
