Shining 3D To Open United States Subsidiary and Raise $70 Million

Shining 3D Tech, the Chinese makers of 3D printers, 3D scanners and 3D engraving machinery and provider of services for manufacturers, bio-medical applications, and education users, say their latest focus will be to speed up their development of 3D digitizing and 3D printing technologies, recruit talent and resources and improve their product lines to “build up an ecosystem of 3D digitizing and 3D printing which will help enhance market competitiveness.” To that end, the company announced they'll be spending $2.4 million to open up a US subsidiary.
