20mm test problem

I'm new to 3D printing and have been having a lot of fun. I've learning a lot and my prints seem to me to be pretty good. When I print the standard XYZ 20 mm cube it looks good. I saw this one today and decided to give it a try. Below is the result. I have tried (with my limited experience) everything I can think of and the post on this test cube looks real bad. With the exact same settings I printed the standard XYZ test cube and it came out fine. Any idea what could be causing this ???

Material PLA that came with printer
Glass bed heated to 60 C
Cura 3.3.1

what's the problem - and why is it on a slant ?
makes it difficult to work out what's what :-)
