Inventor Build Volume

The vertical Build volume for the Inventor is 160mm. I am working on printing a RC airplane. The tallest parts are 140mm high. At the very end of the build. about the last 1% the print head hits the model and damages the print. It acts life the build table is not going down any further, yet it still has an inch of travel left. Any ideas on what setting to mess with. I am using Simplify3D.

In machine control panel 0,0,0 is right down to the bottom. I am at a loss.

Only thing I can think of is to check your vertical endstop.
Might have slipped. might not be properly fitted.

Also make sure that you have the dimensions in correctly under the GCODE tab in simplify3d.
