PostNL Makes Commercial with Ultimaker 2 3D Printing Trumpet in Delivery

If we must be subjected to commercials on TV, it’s so much more tolerable when they are well-done and entertaining like the latest from Dutch postal service, PostNL, which shows a package being delivered from one stop to another in quite a process of moving, jostling, speeding on a conveyor belt, being transferred from one van to another—and all the while in the process of 3D printing a trumpet! Once the box is sealed, 3D printing expert Joris van Tubergen (also of the Netherlands) switches the machine on and it whirs away, layer after perfect layer—with the recipient unpacking it and playing it with his band.
