XYZ Davinci - chip resetting issues

Hi there,

New to this forum. We bought my son an XYZ davinci 1.0A printer.

He is wanting to use some filaments that are not available through XYZ , but is unable to due to the chip.

We've watched quite a few videos & built a makeshift arduino restter, but we just can't get it to work. I don't know if we built it wrong, or if it's a software issue.


Anyone out there that can point me in the right direction so that I can successfully reset the chips?
