Setting up my Anycubic Chiron

Hi GuysIm having an absolute nightmare with setting up this printer. I have levelled the bed etc... Using 1.75 PLA trying at 210 with 60 bed - The filament seems very stringy and thin, i have tried adjusting the temps and i have found that around 190 and 50 on the bed it doesnt seem as stringy.I have also played with the retraction settings and gone from 1 up to 8 and seems there is no impovement.Could somebody give me a profile to setup in Cura along with the correct printer settings with the correct G-CODEs please? Really pulling my hair out here - Any help would be very much appreciated :)
