I am getting a 1011 error on my printer, won't print. I did some research and it said to resave the file on Makerbot Print which I did a few times. Still getting error. I do not have the latest firmware. Any one have any solutions?
My other question is this, if I have to update firmware can I do it via USB flashdrive or does the machine have to be connected to a computer?
