Delta goes wild when trying to Print?

Hi this is my first 3d printer and I chose a kit. This one to be exact: https://www.3dprintersonlinestore.co...3d-printer-kit its the HE 3D dlt-180. I put everything together (this one is auto leveling) and I put the printer settings in. When I press home on the software it goes left or right maybe a few mm then stops. When I try to print, it heats up the extruder and everything, but when it starts to try to print the hot-end just swings everywhere and most of the time gets jammed in one of the struts. What is happening and how do I fix it???
