I think I fried my Ender 3 S1 MB

Need help. I think I fried my MB on Ender 3 s1. It is about a month old. I was removing extra pla off of the nozzle area with tweezers and the screen went blank. I restarted the printer and it will not post past flash screen. It remains stuck on the splash screen and the levelr stays solid red. Crealty keeps saying i just need to update firmware . I have tried to refresh firmware dozens of time with multiple versions and multiple SD cards. I have tried screen first and every combination I can think of. It will just not flash. The screen flashes fine. My MB version is STM32F103. Crealty is impossible to work with..I have been waiting a week with back and forth emails.. Should I just order a new MB? Can I upgrade the existing board to a better version? I would prefer to upgrade the MB than wait for crealty support. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
