CMU Opens MakerBot Innovation Center

While the universities lucky enough to have MakerBot Innovation Centers are still few and far between, the list is growing, and now Central Michigan University is on it. As one of the few universities to house one of the scaleable labs which feature 30 or more MakerBot Replicator 3D printers, CMU is also the only public university in the entire Midwest. They will use the new technology for a focus on the arts and human services, and already have several curriculums planned. See 3DPrint.com for more details:
