3D Printed MucoJet is a New Way to Give Vaccines

The MucoJet device may forever change everything about how vaccines are administered. The small 3D printed device allows for vaccines to be given orally with a powerful jetstream of liquid that breaks through the mucosal barrier of the cheek and targets immune cells. So far, the researchers have conducted successful testing on rabbits. They hope to see the 3D printed MucoJet on the market in five to ten years.
